Young girls from Nigeria come to Europe in the hope of finding a good job and better life. Sadly, they end up getting exploited, especially as sex slaves, and in many cases, there’s been reports of rape. Ultimately, they can’t go home: they are bound by a voodoo oath and breaking it means death. At least, that’s what they think. Through the stories of victims and those trying to combat the issue, this film sheds light on a problem that many people have turned a blind eye to.
